All our courses are pre-recorded and designed for self-paced learning. As such, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. By enrolling in a course, you agree to this no-refund policy.
Exceptions
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The course explicitly mentions refund eligibility in its description or terms.
- In such cases, refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, and access to course materials must not have exceeded 20% completion.

- Include your full name, purchase receipt, and reason for the request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You expected live sessions (all content is pre-recorded).
- You did not utilize or access the course.
- You failed to complete the course within the given access period.
