All our courses are pre-recorded and designed for self-paced learning. As such, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. By enrolling in a course, you agree to this no-refund policy.

Exceptions

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• The course explicitly mentions refund eligibility in its description or terms.
• In such cases, refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, and access to course materials must not have exceeded 20% completion.

2. Include your full name, purchase receipt, and reason for the request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You expected live sessions (all content is pre-recorded).
• You did not utilize or access the course.
• You failed to complete the course within the given access period.
